Please note that a cancellation fee of ¥8,000 will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled appointment time. However, cancellations made before your appointment time will not incur any fee.
Frequent cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Unnotified cancellations can be emotionally taxing not only for our clients but also for our nail artists. If your plans change, we kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible.
