No problem at all. Our nail technicians can speak basic English, and we’re happy to use a translation device to communicate. Please feel free to visit us!

Can I cancel or change my appointment?

Yes, you can. If you contact us before your scheduled time, there will be no cancellation fee. the details are HERE.

How can I make a reservation?

You can book via LINE or by phone. Feel free to ask about available time slots. Please note that phone calls are in Japanese only.

Can I bring my own design?

Yes! If you send us a photo of your design in advance via LINE, we’ll do our best to recreate it.

Is it okay if this is my first time getting my nails done?

Absolutely! We’ll explain everything clearly and take our time to make sure you’re happy with the result.

Can I book just for gel removal?

We’re sorry, but we only accept removal-only bookings for customers who had their nails done at our salon.

Can I get nail art even if my nails are short?

Of course! We have many beautiful designs that look great on short nails. Please feel free to ask for suggestions.

What should I do if my gel starts lifting?

If it happens within one week of your appointment, we’ll fix it for free. Please contact us as soon as you notice any issues.
